Yes it can, just rotate the legend "cooker" to suit.
No there is no saturn mech available. There is either the Z4061/45 or Z4061D32 cooker switch plate or the 30M35 in a Z4031VH Plate
4061D32 and 4061/45 cooker switches are supplied with a spare labeled mechanism cap that is marked COOKER to replace the unmarked cap. Picture attached. Thus the customer has the choice to use 4061D32 and 4061/45 either marked COOKER or unmarked.

There are 2 options for Cooker switches in the Zen Range, These are Z4061D32 and Z4061/45 . Both are available in ZB ( Zen Black) and ZW ( Zen White ) The cap with the cooker label can be rotated 90 degrees to allow for both Horizontal and vertical plate mounting.
