The error E0112 is an internal error that is caused during initialization process of the encoder. During initialization the multi-turn encoder synchronizes with the internal single turn encoder. If there is an issue during this process the error E0112 is reported. Causes for initialization issues can be due to EMC, loose connection of the power connection, electrical noise on DC supply,,,, ect. This error can not be caused by the application program and is not due to programming faults. If the error E0112 becomes repetitive and problematic the motor should be replaced. If the motor is under warranty then please have the motor sent back to root cause analysis. rev 8-2-18
