Issue Unity help incorrectly states that the outputs on the BMXDDI1602 are isolated. Product Line x80 Modules, EcoStruxure Control Expert (formerly known as Unity Pro) Environment Windows 7 Professional, Unity Pro 8.1, BMXDDI1602. Resolution Unity help incorrectly shows that the outputs on the BMXDDI1602 are isolated. The wiring diagram from the user manual correctly shows the outputs as not being isolated.
Issue: The UPS reports P.11 or DC Bus Soft Start - event 124/125 Product Line: SRT 8-10kVA Models Resolution: Clear the Alarm. Turn the output ON again. If the problem persists, Brain dead the UPS. If the alarm reoccurs, perform a UPS Firmware upgrade to the latest 04.7 revision that addressed these issues. For complete upgrade instructions please refer to FA164737.
