1. Can my mate spend across multiple orders during the 30 days? + x
   Yes — the spend is cumulative. We total up all the purchases within the 30-day window to determine which reward tier you both reach. It doesn’t have to be a single order.
2. Does my mate need to provide their trade license? + x
   Yes. The new account holder must enter their trade license number and issuing state when signing up. The license must belong to them — you can’t use a friend’s or colleague’s license. Only accounts without an existing Direct Wholesale login qualify for rewards.
3. When will I get my referral reward? + x
   You’ll receive your reward after the new tradie has completed their 30-day spend period. The reward amount is based on the total spend of their new account within those 30 days, so we calculate your reward once the 30 days are up.
4. What does my mate get for signing up through my referral? + x
   New account holders receive store credit to use on their first month of supplies. The more they spend, the bigger the bonus — making it easier for them to try Direct Wholesale with less upfront cost.
5. Is there a limit to how many tradies I can refer? + x
   No limits — you can refer as many licensed new accounts as you like. Every qualified referral earns you rewards, so the more mates you bring on board, the more you both benefit.
6. How can we track my mate’s spend? + x
   The new account holder will have access to a rewards dashboard showing their current reward tier and total spend. This makes it easy for them to track progress and make sure they’re getting the most out of the referral rewards.
