- Good value for a well built unit

-The kit comes well stocked with everything you'll need to complete the install. Includes the obligatory Template for the mounting hole, but the unit wont fit if you don remove the Air Duct flange on the side. The flange also mounts to the main housing and needs a gap for it to drop down thru the gyproc for it to be secured in its correct spot. Getting access to the terminal block is a bit of a mental puzzle, you'll need to remove the bracket that holds the light bulb to allow sufficient clearance to remove the cover. All in all though its a great product. - Excellent value for money
