No, although it is supplied without the shelf skin it requires the shelf skin to complete it. The 3 gang switch skin will not fit. The NZ shelf skin code is PDL343HSC + the colour code. The Au shelf skin code is 3043HS + the colour code.
The part is not available as standard. But you require the following : C2025XUA-BK X 1 30USBCM X 1 USBC-CAPS-BK X 1 PK This will enable switch to be supplied as Black
